Cathy Braxton joins us, she the owner, educator, and content creator of improv4caregivers.   Cathy believes in creating thought-provoking educational content. She has unapologetic style, which allows caregivers to dig deep into empathy while providing a safe space for exploration and learning.  Cathy leverages the important foundational rules of improv to communicate and connection with her audience and team members. Cathy is a Registered Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, and a Certified in the Neurobiology of Sleep through the University of Michigan. She is the co-author of “Start with Yes'' and a blogger for The Chicago Tribune. Cathy has been in the aging industry over 20 years managing memory care units, directing activity programs, providing case management and service coordination, and facilitating support groups.
