In this Voice only episode, I guide you through a simple, calming body scan, gently moving from head to toe with repetition, softness, and permission to arrive exactly as you are. It's designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and sleep, especially if you appreciate predictable, neurodivergent‑friendly structure. If this recording supports you and you'd like to help me keep creating meditations alongside my full‑time work and Masters in Disability Leadership, you're warmly invited to support me on Patreon. Your contributions there quite literally make this content possible and give me the time and space to continue offering gentle, accessible practices for our community: Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/cw/laurenostrowskifenton If you prefer to make a one‑off contribution, you can do that here: PayPal: http://paypal.me/Laurenostrowski With warmth, Lauren

Show Notes – "Wired, Tired, and Done" In this gentle meditation, you're invited to arrive exactly as you are—wired, tired, or simply done—and to begin from there. We explore softening the body, noticing "I am here, I am breathing, I am alive," and meeting your nervous system without fixing or judging. If this practice supports you and you'd like to walk alongside my work more closely, you're warmly invited to join me on Patreon. Your support helps me create accessible, neurodivergent‑affirming meditations, and in return you receive extra practices, reflections, and community updates: 👉 Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/cw/laurenostrowskifenton Thank you for being here, exactly as you are.

Fed Up to Okay – A Meditation for When You're Done, Drained, or Overwhelmed In this gentle, looping meditation, Lauren invites you to come exactly as you are – fed up, exhausted, grieving, frustrated, or simply "not okay." Together, you'll explore small, compassionate steps toward being okay enough, even when life itself isn't okay yet. Through simple breathing, grounding through the senses, and nervous-system-aware language, this practice supports you to: Notice strong feelings (frustration, fed up, done) and soften around them Return to what is in your control: your breath, posture, next small step, and attitude Work with the phrase "Right now, I am safe enough to breathe" as a gentle anchor Use "one percenters" – tiny kind acts – to move through grief, stress, or burnout over time Remember that again is allowed: you can fall, rise, adjust, and continue You'll also hear the soundscape of early morning in South Australia – cockatoos and birds as a living reminder that we rarely get perfect quiet, but we can still practice with what we have. Thank you for listening and for bringing your real, human moments into this space. Your presence here matters. If this episode supports you and you'd like to go deeper with more practices, reflections, and community resources, you can support Lauren and access extra content on Patreon: 👉 Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/cw/laurenostrowskifenton

Hello lovelies, First, a huge thank you to my beautiful Patreon supporters and to those of you who have donated here on YouTube using the Thanks/Donate button. Your support genuinely helps me keep creating these practices and sharing them freely. In response to your requests, this video is a very gentle, basic body scan– something simple you can come back to when you need to soften and settle. I would love to hear how you find it and what you notice in your body and nervous system afterwards, so please feel welcome to share in the comments. I'm also going to be running a Zoom webinar soon on one of these topics: - Gentle nervous system reset - Food, joy & planning supportive meals - Co‑regulation and self‑regulation through anxiety - Micro‑moments of joy & tiny daily rituals The live Zoom will be interactive, and the recording will be posted on Patreon afterwards. If you'd like to vote on which topic we do next, join the live, and access the replay and extra resources, you're so welcome to come and join us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/cw/laurenostrowskifenton Thank you, thank you, thank you for being here, listening, commenting, supporting, and just sharing this sacred space with me.
