Following with our series of shop hacks, Tyler interviews Justin King as he talks about his shop's best hack to get them through installs in a timely manner.

In that episode host Hans Stutzman mentions the importance of active listening to asking better questions. Little did he know...he was signing himself up for this very episode. In this spinoff of "Asking Better Questions" - Hans, Dave Robinson, Jordan Nelson, and Tyler Hubert discuss the traits of a good active listener as well as how to use listening skills to care for and build trust with customers.

Hydraulic and Electrical theory is a topic that has been talked about at many of our trainings, but we haven't gotten as deep into the theory as we had the pleasure of doing this year. As training has come to an end, we are taking a look back at each class and diving into some of the important topics covered. Orry Ingram joins Tyler and Hans in the studio for our first review of training. Join us as we dive into the liquid training class and hit some of our highlights from a great time in training.

Hans and Clay have reached out to two of our Regional Managers, Jason Koning and Caleb Stuber as we look at what all is going into designing a custom bar. What kind of setups do we see from the row unit, to the spacing, and the drive behind choosing a custom bar as opposed to a new OEM bar.

We are also back with another shop hack from Kyle Schmit from Manzer Equipment, Inc.

With winter conference quickly approaching, Tyler and Clay sit down with Bryce Baker as we hear a little bit about what to expect and how to capitalize on bringing guests. What type of questions do we ask, how long should we wait to reach back out to them, and how do we turn their experience into a beneficial experience for you and your guest.

At the end of the episode, we introduce a new segment, "Shop Hacks", as we hear from different dealers over the next several episodes on what they have done to make their shops more efficient.
