Well, to one person who didn't have the right # nor the ability to sit with the time it takes to get through these instructions & to the next step in their journey.

Kindness is FREE & this is way to get everything because if you do not trigger (& are safe) then people can be themselves & what we have---ingenuity, empathy & the ability to teach self & learn from others or teach others---is where we can truly be GREAT.

This is a short life, and the suffering isn't as strong...

When you can share their name, then their behaviors really start to fade.

To think, I thought I had to be NICEST & MOST WELCOMING to end the trauma & thankfully stoop life taught me otherwise. The lessons from the stoop. Everyone is truly out for their own & a hatred of difference is the connective thread. 

Look for outliers? Look for rebels?

Trust the gut. Let's begin.

This is the reflection to what I just "got out" in previous post. 

Now, that it's out, it's not that bad, finally hearing my voice & now, I think I can WRITE ABOUT IT. 

This person had NO NEW MEMORIES & why when I hear people with trauma, I want to help by making new memories, until NOW.

Nope. No interest in doing that.

Then the people who I can't make new memories with since the body said "no." I know this by losing things. When I lose things, like my phone, then just focus on the thought & there usually is a person when it happens... Catch it & then focus on that person. 

This is how to remove ptsd. Scattered all throughout the internet since it entered in shards & it will exit in shards as well. 

Now, can I go through the office & "touch" the paper [trail] that I'm afraid will trigger me since that's their strategy.

"A slow introduction to drugs..." more like, not knowing what's going on & the homeless community explaining it to me & since they were the first people I spoke to, walking the same way to NWMH (seeing them over & over & remembering to say "hey neighbor" from an initiative learned at The Culture Center (or the old Chicago library), I went with it. 

Now, I'd like to discuss WHO ****anxiety sobriety*** is since whatever bubbled up*** has a purpose & I found it (next podcast posted AFTER THIS ONE) since this one person with NO MEMORIES. She had no memories, just the same stories over & over & over again...

Ironic, that in alcohol addiction, you encounter a lot of people with no memories, too.

OH! I didn't get it. These excuses & what I'm calling "one & done." Data & patterns do not matter at all. Just whatever you say in-the-moment. So the first step is (a) read it & then (b) interpret it

I was first introduced to addiction with Neppy's previous family, but did not truly understand the tactics with this (says whatever when drinking so accept "weird" comments about "hotness," or body parts OR more aware when drinking so def responsible for what's said) until I did homeless advocacy.

The various things learned about alcoholism & use of drugs to get through ptsd is a combination of escapism, but also, putting the body through an entirely different experience...

...& yes, there are mushrooms involved. It worked! The body went through something completely different and for once, my body didn't feel like a vessel for pain due to the WORDS OF ANOTHER PERSON since if someone can see you so differently, it's possible for those words to stick. Since the words of my friends stating, "She's so different. She doesn't want anything, but for you to be happy. No strings attached," & that is exactly why, to do this project, there's nothing I want, but for you to be happy. 

When you're happy, you're not complaining, right?

Also, I'm happy to be introduced to the people who got it. I don't want anything, just for you to be happy. #traumaBonding #NoThanks #notAnymore

Why MY PRONOUN is "I" for IDENTITY since the group that does the most oppressing is something I've seen, heard & been around (felt) LOOOONG BEFORE ASSAULT & HAD THE BEST VICARIOUS-NESS like in a book & now, losing it. WRITING.

I need to continue doing this as long as God allows.

Feng lied. Then changed the narrative all in the same 10 minutes.

This person made up lies about WHY I was given no choice to stay or go. Plus you're "pretending." At the time I thought pantomime. The sentence is, "didn't appreciate the pantomime. ya'll did. f u."
