I promised self to just record it ONE TIME. That's all you have to do. ONE TIME to prove it to self, "you can do it." This memory will stick since it's full on sensory overload/loverlord since PTSD has a purpose. To never forget. MAKE THE MEMORIES YOU NEED TO SURVIVE. I am beyond hesitant but you'll never know it. I know now that I freeze & all those moment when I couldn't move & instead talk talk talk talk talk talk to stay there as I'm terrified & not even aware of how I feel is what "they see," (they saw) & now, "I see it, too." When you can see it 3-D. Concretely. What you get is a way to know self---flaws & all---and then to correct.

I am looking for ____ in the office. I have no idea, but along the way, I'll find everything else I need to tell this story linearly. 

When _____ stole material that I cannot recreate, and some I can get copies of certainly, ____ took the burden off me since the tactile of all that is no longer an issue & literally, the body relaxed. Same happened when I said aloud, "I was stabbed," to someone who didn't know, but knew of radiating pain in back of left thigh and it went away. You have to just tell.

ENDING ADVOCACY by thanking those who helped me get out of the house [of violence]. Daily medical advocacy with a gentleman who just wants to get in a truck & on with his life. What we're fighting is TIME to get it done.

JUST A SIDE NOTE : here's an example of using that adrenaline for advocacy. Flipping their ptsd created by what they did into something beneficial to others & was given universal consent by #14 as I practiced recording to remove non-consent recording, but I check in at the end, realizing, I don't think they would want THIS RECORDED (the goal being...yes, it's a thing in your life, but how do flip that trauma to look forward to the future!)

Whatever I'd said, I own. It's the methodology & it works.

& a 2nd go. There's this concept of "ultimate trust" (everything is a thing) : Calling me "hot" (those conversations can be verbatim). Weird. "He's your problem now," & a pinch. While these memories do not lead to spiraling, is it worth trying to remove entirely by transferring it to another place to see if it can be CONTAINED. Just like the behavior that I've been doing for a long time. GETTING IT OUT.

My whole life I've been told to trusting. Very gullible & it's true, when I'm with family or friends of family, it's instant trust. WOW!!! You get it all & why the people that betrayed that (finally, we're in betrayal) cannot come back in my life since it happened--I'm different. I don't believe you. I don't "like you" (something I didn't even know you could tell people since we're in this society of politeness and why world travel is great).

It's just a word--"best"--to get to darkest day who used that to plant the seed (blossoming instantly) to turn a NO into a YES. Same thing with this family when I said, "NO" & then they just change their narrative---and then they believe it. They truly believe it so the story I'll be telling is what happened & the evidence is that I don't live with their shhhhhIT (secrets) of a dynamic I've now seen twice. A replay. A redo. The knowledge given to me makes all of this worth it.  

If the violence didn't happen, I would have never put it together.

Legal History

The reflection is part of this curriculum due to religion, but also when looking down (not able to look up) and walking throughout Chicago, I'd see a lot of broken glass & the word REFLECTION was a common thing in Education classes after writing or performing a lesson.

Do I still have to write about that Super Bowl experience? The one where I made boundaries with a group of [gross, rude & lame] guys that I do not vouch for? YES!
