They told me NOT to call DCFS since who reported it was a parent. For 2 years & the investigation is in my classroom/office so now, I'm prepped. When I come across that, I won't shock me. Won't pull me into darkness. This is how it feels. Why NWMH is right---describe the triggers.

PEDO. This story is about those who take the most advantage because it's USING STORIES OF CHILDHOOD TRAUMA (another excuse or strategy & how do I know---they kept getting it out in front of me!) and REAL ABUSES & NEGLECTS that damage people until they learn how to flip it. 

That just means, turn that frown upside down & THE SEED for NWMH DBT since what they did, was full on abuse/fraud in my opinion. Take the money & help NO ONE [& sometimes make it worse].

...I'm reliving CONDO (how I bought it by myself and someone's continual asking me about it---even 14 years later), decision to WORK WITH KIDS & only go out for things that "pull me" (LIVE SHOWS the #1 thing since it's a new experience. It will never happen again), HOUSE PARTIES & who you consent to (very easy when invite only, y/n), DV and why making the environment so different is what's needed & that's SABOTAGE.

In addition, I've asked self if there's a way to re-establish trust once it's lost & I don't think there is. Unless someone can ADMIT THEIR MISTAKE. Oh, I lied to you. That's a good answer since it's THE TRUTH.

This is the slippery slope when people think changing a narrative is an option since it's not because my body is affected (instantly with a lower threshold for pain & a heightened sensory for the world around me since it's all sensory).

Next, will be pre-writing & how I got to the conclusion IF you can establish trust again & admit to being unkind THEN you may access again, but that's up to you. The thinking was, just wait long enough & she'll forget. After all, she has tbi, but  assuming how it works & denying listening to the individuals who is describing how it works is HOW THIS WORKS. HOW TRUST GETS LOST.

The best thing is to start over. When I trigger from tech it's death threat levels. Showing me how to locate loved ones, killing animals, threats that are specific...

Let's start at the beginning with tech.

TEXTING & CALLING. What's the difference (instead of talking about this, I'll write about it)

UPDATE : did not call or send a text. Had asked to do the next day to allow "time" since the distance is too close. The acceleration & slow down before being battered in the face. Being vocal about what you need in terms of contacting via mobile should't be this hard so instead ask, are they ghosting for another reason?

...validate it & get to a point where you can just talk.

This is informational, after all. 

The emotions are real & are present & can help determine if someone is FAKING their trauma since I didn't know people could do that until it happened to me over & over in my own home. 

Someone never even had to be in that space so why were they there?  

At around 6 minutes, I will expand on something I heard (since listening to self) and got to listen to a group voice memo showing, not telling, exactly what it FEELS like to be lied to & then asked again to ENTER A SPACE that you f'd up in.
