In a recent Star Tribune article, it was revealed there is now a phone with a video  that after two years has finally surfaced from the Uptown death of 32 year old Winston Smith when a task force surround his Maserati and retaliated to what appeared to a handgun with gunfire of their own killing Smith so there is many questions regarding the missing phone for just over two years, the different sources who are in the know of the context of the video released from the phone and more.
