Emotional vulnerability, e.g. putting our hands up in class, reaching out for help, voicing our opinion, is more often felt as anxiety about being rejected, shamed or judged as inadequate. We are literally afraid that if someone finds out who we really are, they will reject us. In this episode, you will learn how to recognize your vulnerability, navigate it, and work with it to empower you instead of keeping you stuck in a life where you take no risks and self-growth takes a back seat. Get ready to taste the sweet nectar of courage!!!

What happens to unchecked anger? Or repressed, internalized anger? And what do you mean by benefits? How can there be benefits to being angry?! Would you believe us if we told you that anger builds our self-esteem and self-image, allows for proper boundaries and restores our sense of self?!
Being willing to embrace difficult emotions such as anger rather than repressing or avoiding them is a sign of emotional intelligence. When we are emotionally intelligent (which is what we are all growing in ourselves by being and learning here), we do not resist anger but instead welcome it with curiosity and caution. Anger is potent, after all, and needs to be treated with care. Still, if understood and acknowledged, we become emotionally resilient.
Get ready to dig in, expand your knowledge and understanding of this emotion and watch this new information ripple throughout your life. So come on, jump into the world of anger with us, and we think you might even enjoy yourselves!!

Is it dangerous to be uncomfortable? Lily thought so until one day while struggling up a hill, her running coach said something life-changing. "I'm just more comfortable being out of breath." And just like that, Lily's world opened up. "I realized I believed it is always dangerous to be uncomfortable. It is safe to be out of breath, and it is safe to be emotionally uncomfortable too."
Listen in to recognize if you are being held back and what to do about it. This is going to rock your world.
The only way out is through.
