Dr. Baxley is a mother of 5, consultant, educator and coach dedicated to supporting families in developing diversity and inclusion. She shares with us how to talk to our kids about race, how parents in mostly white communities can raise children conscious of social justice, the importance of talking about Black Joy, and more.
