We've made it to episode 18 and we have no idea what to talk about! SO, we decided to look up the 4 attachment styles and learn about them in real time. We have noticed a growing interest in the attachment styles on TikTok and other socials. Because of this, we thought it would be fun to see what the hype is about. Attachment styles indicate the way one behaves in partnerships and friendships. They also outline one's insecurities and what they need to feel safe in a relationship.

In this episode we discuss and explore them all, and then decide if we feel as though they are legitimate. (Slight spoiler: we believe astrology is more accurate and defining)

In this episode Sofie and Dana discuss the growing interest in spirituality- specifically among young adults. Though this interest has collective benefits, there are themes that are starting to emerge that are concerning. A few examples of this are individuals putting out false information with the help of social media, cheapening the spiritual practice by sharing intimate details to the public, and using spirituality as a lure to attract young women. The list goes on and in this episode we dive deep into this topic since it means so much to the both of us.

The last couple of years have been hard on all of us. And, we’re seeing more and more people turn to spiritual or religious practices to bring meaning to everything that has unfolded in our lives. 

Finding a spiritual or religious practice that works for you can be life changing and fulfilling. But, in this episode we wanted to express to you all that whatever you decide to do, make sure its for you alone and not because an influencer is talking about it on instagram (ie. Trisha Paytas)

Welcome to episode 16! We decided to do something a little different this week and read submitted questions off of Reddit! The question topics we cover are mostly relationship related and in true Sofie and Dana fashion we go slightly off the rails and dive deeper into gender equality issues.

It’s lucky episode 13 and we are reunited once again in the brisk Canadian fall! After a year of living in Miami, Sofie has returned to Canada for the time being! This means no more tropical, beachside living for Sofie, but we’re making the most of it by filming in person for you all again!

In this episode we discuss Sofie’s decision to return to Canada along with various dating revelations we have both made. Since we are now dedicated and serious about our dating lives, it’s time we stop investing in half relationships and start looking for exactly what we want and deserve - with no exceptions. We also discuss dating etiquette and what we believe to be acceptable first date behaviour. Lately we haven’t been feeling ourselves (it might have something to do with Saturn in retrograde). But before it got to a breaking point, we decided it was time to do something about it. About three weeks ago we got on a call with each other and had an open and honest dialogue about how we have been feeling. No sugar coating, just facing exactly what were dealing with. From that moment and conversation we discovered that we needed to go back to our spiritual practices we had immersed ourselves in at the beginning of our spiritual journey. These practices included: listening to guided meditations, pulling tarot cards on a daily basis, and journaling- just to name a few. 

This is a great episode if you’re feeling down and going through a tough time. Know that we all deal with ups and downs, and that you’re never alone. Grab your journals and take notes because we discuss some tools to help motivate and reinspire you. We’re in this together and we’ll see you on the sunnier side.

Welcome to our first remote episode! We didn’t want to be apart from you guys so we figured we could sacrifice quality just a bit to maintain a weekly schedule. Today, we talk about something that we talk about off camera ALL THE TIME: why we are single. Sofie has decided to maintain a friendship with Mango Man and since then he’s given her some amazing relationships advice: get some sneakers. Through the years we have both felt that men tend to put us in a box. The box being: high maintenance bimbos who can’t hold their own intellectually and are not “girlfriend material”. So therefore, we decided to go on strike. No more sex. No more sex until we’ve dated someone long enough for them to truly know us and not put us in any box. We have officially arrived at episode 10! The last episode recorded and filmed while Dana was in Miami. Naturally, the closing of this trip and chapter had to be extremely melodramatic. And once again, Dana has found herself in a position where she is self proclaimed "heart broken." Is this true? In the moment of course- she is a Pisces after all.

In this episode we discuss the difference between a soulmate and a twin flame- and what those terms mean to us. We also speak on passionate relationships and how they may seem wonderful in the beginning stages, but how they often times are quick to fizzle out.

Just like the experience in Miami, the last 10 episodes have been chaotic and fiery! Ending it all on a reflective note is the most on brand water sign experience, and we provide just that in this episode!
