Currently, he serves as a faculty member of the Gray Institute of Applied Functional Science, is the Soft Tissue Therapist for the Los Angeles Clippers, and serves as a practitioner at Meyer Institute of Sport.
Lenny has recently authored the online and live curriculum titled Functional Soft Tissue Transformation (FSTT) as well as the Gray Institute’s Certification of Applied Functional Science (CAFS) curriculum for manual/movement practitioners of all levels.
Lenny has spent over 30 years serving the health/movement industry as an international lecturer and a manual/movement therapist. He has performed over 300 lectures/workshops and has written educational materials and consulted/lectured in the fitness/therapy industry and for various medical organizations around the world.
Lenny has earned his degree in Health Science, is a Fellow of Applied Functional Science, holds a California certification to practice soft tissue therapy, is a Certified Functional Range Conditioning Practitioner, holds a certification in nutritional therapy, and serves on the scientific advisory board for Hyper Ice. He continues his studies under the world-renowned physical therapists, Dr. Gary Gray, Dr. David Tiberio, and Dr. John Meyer.
As a full time practitioner, Lenny integrates an eclectic approach of Manual/Movement Therapy with the intention of optimizing individual client function. Today’s interview shares how players can take care of their soft tissue to optimize health and performance. Here’s what you’ll learn:
