There’s a kind of exhaustion that has nothing to do with how much you do.

It’s the exhaustion that comes from constantly being pulled away from yourself.

You start the day with intentions and promises to take care of your own needs and then life blurs. The day disappears and you find yourself depleted without even knowing where your energy went.

Sometimes life slows you down, not to stop you, but to remind you to listen.
This week, I’ve been moving through a stomach flu, and instead of recording something new, I felt called to share an older conversation. One that still holds so much truth for me.

I wasn’t planning to record an episode today.
Honestly, I didn’t feel like it. My energy was low, my heart was somewhere else, but something inside me whispered, “someone needs to hear this.”
