Let her go. Let her be! Those were the words that followed my recent breakdown/breakthrough. In this episode, I talk about my vulnerability hangover—the good, the bad and the transformational. While it wasn’t comfortable, the ride through the fire was worth the trip (I think).
[Warning] I was born driven and I have to say that it comes with its shadows. In this episode, I share a breakdown/breakthrough in real time. Tune in if you are willing to sit in the discomfort with me. This one is as raw and unscripted as it gets.
Non-Time – a stretch of emptiness where our imagination roams free. During these pockets, these spaces between or before tasks, we often see the bigger picture and make connections. When do you experience non-time? If you don’t yet, let’s talk about how to find some.
What if we did less but did it better? In this world of “more is better,” more and more of us are feeling overwhelmed and burned out. What if we flip the switch and do less but focus on doing better? Tune in to hear how I’m playing with this new perspective and what I’m finding out.
You’ve heard it before. Slow down. Haste makes waste—yada, yada, yada. But it’s not until you “have to” slow that that this reminder really sinks in. In this quick hit I share why this Type A has been forced to slow down and what I’ve learned along the way.

It’s really helpful to know those handful of state shifters that make you feel grounded and clear. Tune in for some prompts. You may be surprised what you’re already doing to “be here now” every day.
Eat the ugly frog first! Before you do anything else, tackle that hard job. Before your mind gets too busy or you lose your courage, complete that most important thing of the day.
While I eat my ugly frog first on most days, I’ve also come up with a cheat. Tune in to hear my work-around and how I plan out my morning.
If you want to change it, you need to name it! Naming your thoughts is the first step to changing your thoughts—and your life! In this quick hit you’ll learn a simple practice to get to know your mental patterns.
Once you see your patterns and name them, you can then interrupt and redirect your thinking and behavior. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity. This practice works!

After the holidays. Really? Honestly, it’s the most used excuse in the book! Having worked in the fitness industry for decades, I’ve heard people utter these words more times than I can count.
Are you willing to put your health and mental wellness on hold to bake another batch of cookies? I’m not saying don’t bake the cookies, but please, do not skip your practices this month. You’ll just end up on the same hamster wheel as millions of others waiting until January 1 to start taking care of themselves again.
What do you pour yourself into? In other words, what are you ready to master or take to the next level? In this Morning Message, I talk about my decision to pour myself into this podcast. I’m ready to dive in and sharpen my skills and learn how to show up more authentically. I’m excited for the challenge. I’m excited to grow and to help you grow too!
