My guest today is Sarah Boltz. Sarah has been into fitness since high school. She kicked it up a notch when she decided that she wanted to train to become a CrossFit Games athlete. On her road the the Games, Sarah has become a CrossFit L2 trainer, a Precision Nutrition L1 coach, and a business owner. Her business, Built By Boltz, is all about using nutrition and exercise to fuel your stoke. What that means is properly fueling your body with healthy foods to give you the most amount of energy possible to achieve your goals. In her spare time, you can find Sarah cuddled up with her dog, Brandy, and husband, Max. Or scoping the beach for some waves to surf.
