He has also been instrumental on the ownership and management of more than 18,000 units across 14 states. His expertise has driven the discovery and execution of multiple high-growth strategies in the multifamily sector, resulting in outsized returns for investors. Tom earned a degree in Accounting from California State University, Hayward, and is a former CPA. When not at work, he enjoys cycling and crafting wine as a semi-professional winemaker.
