Welcome to The Spirit of Enquiry podcast! In this first episode, I introduce the core idea behind the show and the symbol that represents it: an inverted triangle.
At the broad, lateral top of the triangle, we find the surface level of life - our conditioned thinking, opinions, and habitual ways of seeing the world. This is where we often get caught up in the past and future, in judgment, comparison, and unnecessary tension. But as we move down toward The Point - the present moment - we begin to shed these layers of mental noise and tap into something deeper, more peaceful, and fundamentally true.
