There is spiritual energy all around us. But most of the time, we either operate out of our masculine energy or our feminine energy. While masculine energy can manifest itself more competitively through business and hustle, feminine energy can manifest itself more through emotion and relationships. Every single one of us embodies both types, regardless of where we are focusing our energy towards. Neither type is inherently wrong but there is a boundary between healthy and toxic energy.

This week, I am sharing a personal experience of mine where I was focusing my energy in the wrong light and how it didn’t serve me in the end. This topic is something that I am newly interested in and fascinated by and I don’t doubt for one second this topic is something that we are going to explore on a deeper level.

This week, I am sharing where I am focusing all of my time and energy toward and what I am currently finding joy in. Lately, I’ve been asking myself questions like, “Do I have purpose?”, “Does my work matter?”, and “How am I leaving this world a better place?” But, as I ask these questions, I begin to find the adventure, curiosity, and exploration in my life. Sometimes we get too ahead of ourselves when we create our vision boards or write out our biggest goals. We get in the mode and the mindset of wanting to change everything in our lives and write out huge lists of accomplishments we'd like to have by the end of the year and it can seem really overwhelming. But that’s where a mid-year check-in comes in handy!

This week, I am sharing the importance of a Mid-Year Check In! By doing so, this helps us see what’s working, where we need to shift and pivot, and if we’re staying on the right track. It’s easy to feel motivated at the beginning of a New Year because everyone is talking about goal setting and casting vision for the year. But after a couple weeks, you start to feel burnout. This is totally normal by the way. In fact, this is something that we all have experienced at some point in time. And there is absolutely no room for shame or guilt. It's an easy thing to do and especially during the year that we have had in 2020. But do we actually believe our personal truths or are we allowing our negative self-narrative get in the way of who we are called to be? You may be wondering how you can boost your self-confidence and how to take back the power in discovering your own truths.
