It's called Spread Thanks by Elena Anguita.

A few years ago, Elena started writing one handwritten thank you note each morning.

After awhile, little miracles kept popping up in her life.

In her book, she shares her story of spreading gratitude with these handwritten notes and talks about the miracles that have happened to her as a result of sending out these notes.
