My personal journey with debilitating migraines and the impact they have had on my life has certainly put things in perspective. My experience with a stroke, the importance of listening to one's body, and the journey to finding answers and solutions for my health challenges was key. I didn't give up, I knew something wasn't right and I kept being an advocate for myself to find the answers. Self-care, resilience, and motivation, is key to our survival...push through obstacles and don't let physical challenges define you. Look to yourself for motivation...but it's crucial to have a strong tribe. Find those who are there for you..find those who can lift your spirits. My God, family and friends are what keep me going and pushing through these bumps in the road. I'm truly blessed to have met so many inspirational people in my life...I thank you all for being in my tribe.Nozzle Tov!
