Quarters is back. Stephen Quartermain - our very first Food Bytes guest - returns, and we find out what, if anything, has changed in his life. A keen cook, he is renowned for his roast duck fat potatoes and he gives us the secret to potato perfection. 

The popular Channel 10 newsman loves his job but admits the industry is changing -some of it good, some things not so good, but he still gets a buzz every day, which is not surprising given his coffee and chocolate intake.
