In today's episode I'm talking about the mistakes we make by doing what we've always been told will work, grabbing attention.  Our quest to hook, to grab, to make sure people hear and notice us is faulty.  In fact, this quest can cause us connection and authenticity very quickly.  But the key here is that trying to get my attention does not work.  Maybe it did at one point but it won't work now.

The paradigm has shifted and your listener, buyer, person is seeking something very specific before they decide if they will listen to you and let me tell you, it's not grabbing them.
