You don't get to keep all the relationships you have right now AND build a healthy, safe, respecting, trauma healed life. Why? • (#68) Narcissists Hate This In You
If you want to repel narcissists and toxic people you have got to get uncomfortable. By uncomfortable I am specifically talking in this episode about that space where we begin to set boundaries and create self love and self-respect within us. Once we start to do that for ourselves, a narcissist, or abuser/toxic personality is going to not understand this. Eventually they will not be able to be around you because you will no longer feed the insatiable hungers within them. The more that you set boundaries and fill your bucket of self-worth the more uncomfortable it's going to make you feel, and you may even fall into self-sabotaging blind spots where you do not see how your own behavior is pulling hurtful toxic things back in front of you even though you're doing all the work you can do to heal. Check out this episode and see how to embrace the uncomfortable, kick narcissist and toxic people to the curb permanently and sit within the reality of your healing journey.

  • (#67) Healing From Abuse, Narcissists & Codependency; IT IS YOUR RIGHT
Beginning your healing journey can be very frightening. In this episode Nita walks you through the investment stages of healing. It is really crucial that if you want to change the reality of living in trauma, survival mode, being activated by your lizard brain and staying in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn that you learn how to invest in yourself. What is the investment? It is your time, intention, dedicated behavior building, accountability and financial resources dedicated to unlearning the trauma realities that you're living in, and replacing those realities with healthy, self-loving, self-accountable truths. These truths of self are things that you may have never experienced in your life. We can not expect to heal and learn something that we have never been taught. Therefore it stands to truth that if we want to heal our traumas that happened in a painful relationship we must then seek out a guide who is trusted and safe and healthy to teach us new ways and new behaviors. What begins in relationship must heal in relationship.
What would happen if you shift the focus of your energy to building you? 💜

  • (#66) Why You Struggle To Identify Red Flags, Mean People, Narcissists and How To Begin Seeing Them
In this episode Nita discusses why we are conditioned to accepting red flags from people. Why we put ourselves in dangerous situations with dominant, abusive, narcissistic personalities over and over and over again and feel very confused when they hurt us.
We should be confused because what people are doing to us is evil and awful! However, at some point if we want the behavior to stop we have to look at what we are normalizing and why we are normalizing red flags and treating them as though they're perfectly safe.
Listen to this engaging coaching conversation and see where you recognize self-behaviors that you might want to discuss with a therapist, coach or in your recovery group.
You have the right to heal from abuse, you are worthy of healing from the abuse and learning new healthy normals.
Listen to this full 23 minute episode and invest in your future self🎯💜
Learn to recognize Red Flags and become strong enough to let them go💜
The way that people treat us tells us exactly how they feel about us. Our trauma excuses their bad behavior and keeps us tied to chasing people to be who we want and need them to be instead of building our own self-value so that we are able to let go of people who mistreat us.
When we recognize red flags in somebody else and we adjust our life accordingly to put them on the outside of our life, we are flooding our internal subconscious, self-valuing system with love, peace, acceptance, we are in essence giving ourselves the protecting, nurturing, care that we needed as a child.

  • (#65) When abusers and narcissists keep you confused
You are not crazy! You are not invisible! You are not worthy of being treated the way you are being treated and you have the right to step out of the story line you are living in right now. In this episode Nita discusses how it feels when we've given our power of self identity to another person and the mistreatment becomes overwhelming to our system. How do we create space for ourselves and build a life without the very person/people who hurt us so deeply? ...one step at a time, that's how...

  • (#64) How your Spirituality breaks toxic connections

In this episode we discuss why your spiritual side is so vital to the life of your dreams.

The disconnection of our spirit from our soul, our soul from our spirit and both from our mind/body connection deeply keeps us locked in survival patterns and behaviors where we evidence to ourselves that we are lacking and have a low worth or value.

A spiritual bypass is another way of coping with pain and putting invisible defense mechanisms (automatic survival pattern) into play to prevent us from feeling pain.  The separation of our spiritual self begins to numb our sense of self and our needs because our needs and our sense of self keep getting us into trouble where we are supposed to be loved, seen, valued, cherished.

Confusing AF isn’t it?  But here’s the good news!  It stops being confusing once we accept that we do not have to live out of balance with our self and live life for other people.  A narcissistic parent would be a good example of being born into living your life to the tune of the toxic parent.  You’re never going to change them, but you have the magic key to changing you!

Think of how some of your automatic survival patterns, like perhaps, people pleasing, over apologizing, perfectionism, avoidance behaviors, dissociation, hyper-vigilance, abandonment fears, lack of boundaries, difficulty with communication come to light in the complexity of your daily life.  Instead of being in balance with your sense of confidence, independence your fight, flight, freeze, fawn takes over and you struggle with understanding how you fit into the world.

You may even have guilt at taking up space with your ideas, thoughts, talents and gifts.  You are intermingled with your trauma and may even feel as though you are surviving life, rather than creating, planning and thriving in life.

  • (#63) Victimhood & Narcissistic Abuse

Nita challenges unhealthy social media culture that shames trauma victims for being a victim. Controversial and important this coaching session will explain why it is necessary to start your healing journey at the very beginning; admitting you've been hurt, that you are a victim of a trauma and that no amount of shame from bullies and wanna-be's will ever change that fact. You are the only one who can go through your healing journey and no one, absolutely no one gets to shame you, guilt you, keep you from the healing your soul desires. Only you can change you and this episode will help you to understand when to block, remove and boundary out anyone who is trying to keep you from your healing path.
