I used to think confidence was something you earned. Build enough businesses, hit enough milestones and eventually that voice in your head telling you that you don't belong would just disappear. I found out the hard way that's not how it works.

I was standing backstage at Andy Andy Frisella's Operator Standard event about to walk out in front of 3,000 people and I heard it anyway. Who am I to be up here? Who am I to tell these people anything? It didn't matter that I've built multiple 8-figure businesses or spent years practicing medicine. That voice doesn't check your resume before it shows up.
