Today's episode involves vines and flora growing out of already buried corpses, a strange man by the name of FRED that the townspeople revile, and a family history that besmirches his old home town.

Today's quick synopsis:

Thank you so much for your support - I've had to do a shorter than usual outro as I fighting off a cold 😷 which tends to happen when I'm under the pump and trapped on a train full of people coughing their lungs out -gah- but I should be fighting fit by Friday. Either way, I ain't missing a chance to upload for you lovelies.

Cheers you legends, and hugs and high fives!!

G'daaay you legends! It's time for your remastered Old Time Radio and today I have a treat for ya - a heavily remastered episode from the classic Philip Marlowe series!

Marlowe wakes up in the middle of the night, by a man begging for Marlowe’s help to find his missing wife. Marlowe’s investigations leads him smack into the middle of a murder, and his suspects are dwindling....

Enjoy you lovelies, and I'll have my outro and intro returning to normal tomorrow! Just a little tight on timing, but all around getting back on the horse.

A shorter than usual episode but packed full of something new and different, that I hope you enjoy. I'm going through Spirits and Fae in my Friday series, that ranks them depending on threat, attributes, and detailed research on their history. We'll learn from A to Z what spirits are out there, and all the while, understanding their weaknesses and strengths. Hope you lovelies enjoy the mini story's I've also made for you lovely supporters. 💜

A spirit of pure Azurite and Calcium Carbonate that lives in the densest part of the African caves. Many of her rock spirit kind inhabit the Blombos Caves, and innately harmless, the Mayah’s like to dig their way into the rock bases, and absorb the calcite that is embedded there. Some of them grow as big as two meters, and when spotted by human kind, freeze, and merge themselves with the rocks within the cave. Quite and shy, the spirits are rarely seen, and bring polish and shine to the caves they reside in.

The Solstra spirits live in the mountains hollows, and deep caves of the Pyrenees. From afar they appear as little yellow shining lights, bobbing up and down, and swaying to-and-fro in the air. One of the few spirits of reverse coalescence, in that they are spirits of the caves that offer light to the lost. Seeing a Solstra is akin to the spirit world, guiding you to safety.

Lee-Shrew inhabit the deserts around Ife, West Africa. Known as a the Lee-shrew by the locals, for its mischievous attitude towards the humans in the area. Digging up root plants and popping them on the locals door steps, and wiggling their ways into sand holes to flush out animals for the people to hunt. Kind to all humans, the Lee-Shrew rarely gets on the nerves of the locals, and are always welcomed by the people of Ife!

The Paigaton spirits inhibit the large Baobab trees of West Africa. To those that can see them, the spirit of Paigaton sing sweet songs into the roots of these large and burly trees, helping the grow, extending their roots out through the sands, without the need for water, or resources from the soil. Paigaton are respected and revered for their serves to the environment, and even though they offer no punishment to those that disrupt them (other than leaving in the blink of an eye) the locals will most certainly take on that mantle.

Welcome you legends to your Wednesday episode - We explore two diary style narrative creepypasta's that are less creepy...but far more "intriguing". Our first episode explores "The Chosen" a sort of buffy-esque gift that gives them the power to slay "Ancients", and your second tale involves the a young adult discovering artefacts from the future that forever changes his life. Enjoy you legends!

Many an archived page or lost document appears on the table of investigators around the globe when it comes to the deity called Mayah. Stories of hordes of cats chattering to themselves, sharing thoughts, sharing dreams, and acting as eyes for the goddess to influence the human race. A collector of felines is all that is really known about Mayah, but if you whisper her name and write down your thoughts, it is said a that her messengers will contact you in your deepest dreams, to whisk you away to a reality of your own – for one night. Mayah, the Queen of Felines, and the Goddess of dreams!

🌑🌑 Solstra the Princess of the Void 🌑🌑

It takes talent and skill to command the forces of the dark, and even more so to wield it’s fury. Solstra is known amongst the Chosen as a Slayer of indominable strength, whose determination and willpower overshadow those that dare challenge her. The Princess of the Void, a foe worthy of respect and a crusher of despair.

🌞Lee of Liacon🌞

A man whose strength lies in the mind, and whose resilience is strengthened by his trust in his brethren, and his Liacon people. A Chosen one not due to blood, not by is own choice, but by nomination of the gods. Lee’s strength isn’t raw power, nor is it agility, but endurance. Blow after blow, and Lee show no pain, and to onlookers it appears he feels none – and it is with this strength, the resolution that he defends his people, and is truly chosen.

🧙🏻‍♂️Paige, Darkness Bane 🧙🏻‍♂️

As ancients invaded her home, Paige was forced to flee, watching her family torn to pieces by what appeared to be household objects. But the people couldn’t understand why this was the case. Why were fridges, pens, staplers, able to murder an adult? Paige could see them for what they were. Twisted creatures, an echo of life that resonates in the mind like halls long forgotten. She developed a poison…made of light. One that would penetrate the very essence of what she ran from all those years ago…and would be the bane of ancient kind.

Thank you all you legends, and I’ll see you Friday for a unique set of tales. Hugs and high fives you legends! 💜😎

A big episode today - two heavily remastered episodes. This particular set were extremely challenging, as they were heavily damaged. Here's the kind of noise that had to be stripped out - isolated completed:

That....is ALOT of noise 😋all those frequencies cut across that audio, and at the veeeery bottom is a strange hum. See that line at the bottom in orange? That's all bass hum, super gross. And at the high end is this high pitched popping - all gone. Just can't believe how much is present in OTR's and this is how challenging it can get. Either way, I hope you enjoy this episode you amazing people.
