Strange Places

WELCOME TO SEASON 6!!!!!!!!!!!!

--------------------------

The ocean is louder and stranger than most of us realize. In this episode, we dive into a mysterious underwater sound recorded by NOAA in 1999, a signal that traveled thousands of miles and captured the imagination of believers and skeptics alike. Along the way, we explore the stories, claims, and legends that grew around it, from alleged satellite imagery to whispers of unknown life beneath the waves. What makes Julia unforgettable isn’t just the sound itself—it’s the way humans respond to the unknown, and how curiosity can turn data into myth.

Aboard the International Space Station, in the quiet hum of orbit, something breaks the rhythm. A knocking echoes through the metal hull—unmistakable, deliberate, and entirely out of place. Experienced astronauts hear it, feel it, but cannot explain it. Nothing on the logs, nothing on the instruments, and nothing outside accounts for the sound. In the emptiness of space, a presence—or at least a mystery—makes itself known, and the silence that should have been absolute suddenly feels alive.

A late-night call to Coast to Coast AM introduces a quiet, unsettling claim: a perfectly round hole in rural Washington with no measurable bottom. Over multiple calls spanning years, the story grows — deeper tests, stranger events, and implications that drift far beyond geology. This episode tracks Mel’s Hole from its first appearance on the air to the legend it became, focusing only on what was said, when it was said, and why millions of listeners stayed locked in. No visuals. No proof. Just a voice, a hole, and a mystery that refused to stay small.

In 2015, a Russian businesswoman snapped a routine selfie during a domestic flight that would soon ignite an international firestorm. Hovering in the background, a terrifying, large-headed figure with sunken obsidian eyes appeared to be traveling among unsuspecting passengers. Tonight, we go beyond the viral headlines and internet folklore to perform a clinical dissection of this high-altitude enigma. Is it a real alien? Or is something else playing tricks on us? The photo is oddly frightening, and seems to corroborate the descriptions of extraterrestrial beings. What did it want? Why was it on that plane? Is there a message here . . . or something more down to earth?

Here is the photo on an American website after it was ruined by too much enhancement, but the 'alien' can still be seen:

In the heart of Times Square, witnesses claim time itself sometimes stops — crowds freeze, traffic halts, and the city falls silent. We investigate the stories, the patterns, the believers, and the skeptics, unravel the origin of the Rudolph Fentz legend, and dig into whether there’s any evidence at all. A journey through mystery, folklore, and the irresistible lure of the unexplained.

In this episode, we explore the depths of Honey Island Swamp, a place where mystery persists and sightings of a towering, bipedal creature have spanned decades. From firsthand accounts to the infamous LeDoux footage, we document the movement, smell, and behavior that continue to defy explanation. No verdict is given—just observation, history, and the enduring presence of the unknown in one of Louisiana’s most isolated landscapes.

In the remote deserts of Kandahar, Afghanistan, whispers tell of a giant—towering well over eight feet tall, with skin so pale it almost glows in the moonlight. Locals speak of an otherworldly strength, of bodies buried in the sand that defy explanation, and of soldiers who vanished without a trace. Known as the Kandahar Giant, this figure exists on the edge of myth and reality, a shadow lurking in one of the most war-torn regions of the world. Some say it’s a remnant of an ancient race, others insist it’s something far darker, watching silently from the sands. Whether legend or nightmare, the stories refuse to die.
