Wowsers! It's show season and here we go again. As our production schedules creep up on us, somehow we land back into that hectic time of year. Time certainly does fly when you are planning a mega show. 

It can be overwhelming and quite frankly feel like absolute madness, but this organised chaos is just a part of running a studio. Do you put profit first in your studio business? I know, I know, we're driven by passion as creatives because we love what we do, but it's really important to prioritise profit. So how do I do that you ask?

If you follow some key guidelines, such as having different provisional bank accounts to hold funds for various categories and create category percentage splits across those holding accounts, then you are off to a good start!
