Welcome back, Warriors! My next guest is Stephanie Rado Taormina. She is the founder, designer, and CEO of the lifestyle brand Have Some Fun Today. As a fine artist and interior designer who began her career in fashion over 30 years ago, her creativity and artistic vision have always been at the heart of her work and art. After losing her father in 2014, it inspired her to take a phrase he always said and create a lifestyle brand around it.
The mission of Have Some Fun Today is to make people smile. When you’re wearing something that tells you to have fun today, it is a reminder to be present. We all only get this one life. So whatever is happening in your life right now, put it in perspective, and let’s try to have some fun.
Check out all of Stephanie’s clothes and accessories at www.havesomefuntoday.com and find them on Instagram @hsft_official.

We’ve all experienced some sort of trauma over the past couple of years, especially during the recent pandemic. And although we are all living through it, some people don’t even realize they’ve experienced trauma. My next amazing warrior is here to share her experience both, living through her own trauma and how she helps others thrive as a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist.
With a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and before starting her own practice in 1996, Shari Botwin worked at the Renfrew Center in Philadelphia, specializing in treating trauma, abuse, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. She is also an author and podcaster and has offered commentary on a variety of national media outlets.
To learn more about Shari, you can visit her website www.sharibotwin.com. You can find her book, Thriving After Trauma on Amazon, and listen to her podcast Warrior Women Speak: With Judge Aquilina and Shari Botwin, LCSW.

Have you ever thought about participating in a beauty pageant when you were younger? How about in your forties? At 43 years old, my next guest did just that.
Ashley Meyers is an award-winning fashion stylist, on-air host, and reigning Mrs. Pennsylvania America. As CEO of Main Line Fashionista, Ashley has made a mark on the fashion industry, inspiring women and young girls alike to live their truth and build confidence through fashion. She resides on the Main Line and is a mom of three and a wife to her college sweetheart.
We had such a fun conversation about the ins and outs of the beauty pageant world, Ashley’s mindset and motivation, and why it’s never too late to live the life you want. You’ll love the story about a specific pair of high heels she had to order for the pageant. It’s hysterical! Ashley also shares a few fashion and beauty tips to make us feel more confident in our own skin.

Do you sometimes find yourself being your own worst critic? When you look in the mirror, do you only see the negative? My next Suburban Warrior, Amy Wilhelm, felt the same way.
Amy's nature is to uplift others, but first, she had to dig deeper to inspire and support herself consistently. In the aftermath of a contentious divorce, Skullcoaster – a sustainable design-driven streetwear brand – emerged like a flower from a crack in concrete. Amy discovered she could create something that merged her love of art and fashion while also sharing the authentic life tips that helped her create an empowered life. In the iconic imagery of the brand, the skull represents your mind and the rollercoaster is the direction you take with your thoughts.
YOU create the life you want from the inside out. That is #skullcoasting.
You can check out her full apparel line at www.skullcoaster.com and follow Skullcoaster on Instagram and TikTok.

Welcome back, Warriors! We are always being told we should follow our passions. But between work, family, and the day-to-day, it’s sometimes hard to find the time to do what’s really in our hearts.
My guest today is a true testament to the phrase, “Yes, you can!” Tania Trozzo is a married mom of three, a leader in a large tech company, and an author, currently working on her fourth book.
After her father became ill, Tania decided to follow her passion and start writing romance novels. She is a hopeless romantic and has been a daydreamer since she was seven, making up stories throughout her life. She truly believes you’re never too old to try something new and shares with us how she finds time to do what she loves and tips on how to keep the romance alive in our relationships.
Check out her current books Breathe, Lucky Charm, and Let it All Go on Amazon or find them on her website www.authortaniatrozzo.com.

For most women, so many changes happen as we enter our 40s and 50s it can feel like The Great Upheaval. My next guest has experienced this in her own life and now helps other women navigate the tumultuous transitions of midlife. Peg Iannone is a life and wellness coach and educator. As a mom of three teenagers, she approaches coaching with compassion and plenty of humor.
In this episode, Peg and I discuss how important it is to be aware of the thoughts that come into our heads and understand that they are just words we tell ourselves and not always the truth. She is passionate about helping women over 40 who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and frankly INVISIBLE. Peg gets them feeling calm and grounded, have more energy and strength, and look ah-mazing.

Do you have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset? We have all dealt with imposter syndrome and perfectionism at some points in our lives. In this episode, we are discussing the importance of mindset and that we are the ones that control the outcome of our lives.
Danielle McCombs and Kristy Olinger are college friends that always gravitated to each other on their girls’ trips to discuss podcasts and books they were interested in. They soon realized that they were both curious people with growth mindsets and always open to learning new things. This led them to start their podcast, The Opposite of Small Talk, where they share ideas for self-development centered around the themes of connection, self-reflection, and social justice.
Visit www.theoppositeofsmalltalk.com for their 30-Day Growth Mindset Challenge, and follow them on Instagram and Facebook. You can also find Danielle on Instagram @Danimc23.
