In this episode of the Summer Series, I chat with Australian cycling's rising star, Ruby Roseman-Gannon of Team Bike-Exchange. Ruby fills us in on her journey to securing her first pro contract into the Womens World Tour. Ruby details how she worked hard to overcome of her self-doubt and performance anxiety that came with the pressure of turning pro and, offers some great advice to young female aspiring cyclists on how to deal with this. We also talk about the Aussie Nationals (recorded prior to competition) and chat about her goals for the racing.
