Probably the former? Who doesn’t want fulfillment, joy, passion, and love in their relationships? I am sure we all do.
But as we go through life, naturally, we get into arguments with the ones we love most. Sometimes it creates pain, sadness, or anger. For whatever reason, we decide not to discuss this with the other person. As a result, resentment is built.
Whatever your reason may be for avoiding expressing your emotions, in this podcast, I discuss four ways you can express yourself no matter what. Once you do that you will experience that joy, passion, happiness, and love you crave.
Also, the pain and anger will go away. You will feel the weight of the world slowly being lifted off your shoulders as well as the built-up resentment you have.
Do not let it build up. Expressing emotions is scary but what is scarier is looking back on our lives and wishing we had more fulfilling relationships with the ones we love most.
