I absolutely love, need and want people to text or message saying their thinking of myself (and girls) - I hope those messages never stop regardless of the time of year.

This week marks pivotal guilt for me.....the recording may not make sense as I am literally all over the place with raw emotion and scattered thoughts.

My attempt to decipher if I'm actually feeling grief or the effects of menopause.....yes, I feel like I'm going crazy.

Making a decision that haunts me and makes me see what others have seen, not my best side.

Statistically families compare notes between members....who did what to whom, choices others made, etc. I make the choice everyday to attempt to be open and honest with my daughters, especially once John's diagnosis came to fruition. Everyone's journey is unique and different, just sharing mine.

Talking about the difference between the man I married vs the man he became. I have replaced the idea of writing a book with the above title with this podcast....enjoy my little bit of humour at the end.

Never thought I'd share what subtle but obvious changes happened last year but if sharing it helps anyone else in their journey it's worth it. Doesn't change the outcome for us, perhaps sharing it will change others.

Blessed to be able to "love" grandchildren as their innocence melts your heart and makes it easier to talk/reminisce about your loved one that's passed.

Today, December 3rd (2024) marks the beginning of the end, in my opinion. It's gonna get messy from here as I verbalize as best as I can our daily lives from here on in to April 8, 2025

Needing to get this story off my chest and yes, the title appears negative but it is the reality of life and how you need to advocate for yourself and loved ones ALWAYS!
