I am coming to an Anniversary per say... from the time I put my hand up and said I need help. Going through this process is not easy. If you think your Psychology team is going to do everything... you are wrong. Their phrase "your tools in the tool box" means you use them. Something I do faithfully everyday. But, if your team states your Profession should be something of the past, what to do. DO NOT FIXATE... Use your pro's and con's to come up with a potential action plan. Hope you enjoy reach out to me and my journey to healing at [email protected].
Take care
