A bit of a mish mash of words - more sharing my thoughts on how I feel John prepared me for moving forward without him.

Give yourself and any others grieving a break. Don't try to compare your grief to theirs.....just sit back and listen and just be in the moments.

Attempting to lighten things up and talking about the required number of hugs a person needs a day to release endorphins and just feel good.

It's hard not to feel like the elephant in the room when you're a widow - let's talk about the fact that we're all going to pass away someday.

Although I'm aware of my grief....it can still sneak up on you when you least expect it even when you think you're prepared.

Struggling to figure out how to move forward with this podcast and decided I am going to attempt t30o share the memories from 2024 to hopefully release them so I can move past last year and find memories with John that make me smile. I mean we have over 30 years of memories together, I should be able to work my way through the shitshow 2024 was to remember John as others do.
