In this week's episode, I unpack what you want to be aware of when it comes to working with other "healers." Ultimately it comes down to authenticity and if you feel they are trustworthy. This work requires a high level of integrity, clarity, and the recognition that you have given up your free will for divine will.

What is a “Bullshitter”?

A“Bullshitter” is not necessarily a bad person, but rather a person that may have a tendency to:

• misrepresent themselves frequently (either to you or to themselves)
• forget the discussed boundaries of the relationship
• have completely unspoken expectations
• or is selective about boundaries. (Sometimes yes, Sometimes no.)

Step One: Listen to Their Words, are they clear, concise and how do fr when they talk Indicators in speech for quality of character:

Are they positive? Considerate? Complimentary? Agreeable? Do they talk about productive and goal-oriented ideas?

Number 2: POLARIZATION AS FACT—Are they stuck in polarity/ good bad and fear-based language

Number 3: THEIR DOUBLE LIVES: Are they constantly showing how # blessed they are and how they manifest X Y Z in the form of money, but when you really get into the details they’re a fucking mess. Look at their lives and don’t be fooled by money. This is incredibly deceptive. Watch their actions and if they walk the walk and talk the talk.

Number 4: OUT OF BODY FOCUSED It’s all about astral projection, accessing higher realms, Uber plant medicine ceremonies anything that is hyper-focused on manufacturing enlightenment or needing to be outsourced.

Number 5: THEM OVER YOU. Hierarchy. Are they putting themselves above you? Are they claiming to be experts all the time and have it all figured out. If they are constantly selling you on the “I’m so special!” Leave. It’s total bullshit.

Number 6. OUTSOURCING. If they’re working with any archangel, they’re the second Mary. Discern. Your higher self is all you need, in connection to pure source. That’s it. We can’t awaken alone, we all need help along the way and if you have guides that’s wonderful just know that they’re you in other dimensions.

Number 7: DELUSIONAL NEW AGE LANGUAGE AND PRESENTATION. Pay attention to how you feel, when you listen to them. Chances are you’ll get a feeling or a knowing that this is the person who can help take you to the next level.

Behavior to notice:

• Making sacrifices that do not align with personal values and beliefs and where I’m comprising my own value
• Burnout, resentment, and a sense of martyrdom
• Where am I abandoning myself?

Destorted devotion —Especially Catholicism, religion is general has become a cult in many ways bc of the excessive rigidity or oppression.FEAR of not being enough having enough etc Distorted loyalty and devotion refers to a situation where an individual's loyalty or devotion to a person, group, or idea becomes extreme, irrational, or harmful. This can lead to a range of negative consequences, such as blind obedience, groupthink, and the suppression of dissenting opinions. Distorted loyalty and devotion can occur in a variety of settings, such as in religious or political groups, in workplaces, and in personal relationships. It can be fueled by a range of factors, including social pressure, fear, and a desire for acceptance or belonging. When loyalty and devotion become distorted, it can lead to harmful or unethical behavior, such as blindly following a leader or group, engaging in group violence, or suppressing the rights and opinions of others. It can also create a sense of us versus them, which can lead to conflict and division. The episode also discusses the potential impact of war and famine on generational sacrifice patterns and how to recognize and address these patterns. Finally, the episode provides some tips on how to unravel negative sacrifice patterns, including noticing when sacrifices do not align with personal values, setting intentions to transmute patterns, and doing physical activities or frequency work to address them. Recovered/ Regulated Empath If Closeness and intimacy can intimate you bc it’s sensory overload ensuedRegulated Empath:

1. Have adapted and are able to modulate, automatically their sensory sensitivities
2. You’re able to stand up for yourself no hijacking or blindsiding anymore
3. You have boundaries you can say NO
4. You trust your intuition and don’t gaslight yourself
5. You identify with your higher self not the labels
6. You care a lot less

If you can put yourself in someone else’s shoes with astonishing levels of intensity the pin recovery looks like this — you can understand and see the other person's POV without Compromising your own zero-point

1. You don’t give up your space, you maintain presence without abandoning yourself

Here’s how you can stop ✋ observe and take a physical step away from the problem a safe space in your home or create grounding practice Nature is mandatory bc of its zero point frequency Schedule alone time

1. Communicate what you need Find something avoiding, a topic of conversation for example, maybe you wanna raise and take that topic on it’s important for the empath who is moving towards regulation and out of the identification with the title to stand up for themselves and do something that scares you so you can start to regulate your nervous system around challenging conversations and conversations that would typically be so energetically overwhelming that previously you go into fawn or freeze response

1. Be ok letting people down or disappointing others
2. Learned how to establish your own value from self instead of other

If before you have a deep desire to heal rescue and care take bc it’s how you saw yourself then the RE begins to understand that they naturally heal people with their presence by way of energy containment. Because you are no longer exerting or emitting your energy with your environment you can contain it and become a Self generating torus field or vortexes. Said simply you hold your space and keep your energetic shit together and don’t need to save the world bc you have saved yourself. From that place of resolve, you naturally heal, awaken, and revitalize your environment
