Thanks for listening to this episode! I know this is very much a rant but I hope you all got something out if nevertheless. It's so important to show up in your authenticity and be very honest about what you're feeling and I want to provide a forum for feeling safe to express what you're feeling no matter how messy. Living with BPD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD and any other illness is HARD. You deserve to express your rage, your sadness, your grief and you deserve spaces that allow you to do so. It's so healing!
Please consider connecting with me on social media where I hope to create this type of space online. Until next time!

Thanks for listening to my mini rant today! I do hope this encourages those of you within the BPD and mental health community online to protect your peace and take a step back when it gets to be triggering. Setting boundaries applies to digital spaces as well. We can split on people or allow people to trauma dump without even realizing it because of the nature of social media so I hope this podcast episode is helpful to you if you resonate with feeling drained, rather than uplifted, by the mental health community online.
As always, I've copied some links to resources and to my social media pages below! I hope you'll subscribe and stay connected as I work to build a community for the mentally ill, neurodivergents, and BIPOC! Representation in this space is so needed so if you're a person of color or from a marginalized background and you struggle with BPD (borderline personality disorder), Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety or any other mental illness, please don't hesitate to reach out. Let's connect!

Thank you for listening to this episode! This episode will dive into dealing with chronic feelings of emptiness, particularly for those of you with BPD (borderline personality disorder), depression, or other mood/personality 'disorders'. Additionally, I'll share some of the tips I've learned throughout my mental health recovery journey having completed CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), multiple DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), inpatient, and intensive outpatient programs. [I am not a licensed therapist or behavioral health provider]!
Until therapy becomes more affordable and accessible I hope my lived experiences can be helpful for some of you! If you're a BIPOC, neurodivergent, or mentally ill person working to navigate recovery on your own or with little support I encourage you to stay connected! My social media links are below along with some other resources. At some point in the future I hope to create a discord channel and help build a community where we can all heal together.
Til next time 💗
