Thank you for listening to this episode! This episode will dive into dealing with chronic feelings of emptiness, particularly for those of you with BPD (borderline personality disorder), depression, or other mood/personality 'disorders'. Additionally, I'll share some of the tips I've learned throughout my mental health recovery journey having completed CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), multiple DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), inpatient, and intensive outpatient programs. [I am not a licensed therapist or behavioral health provider]!
Until therapy becomes more affordable and accessible I hope my lived experiences can be helpful for some of you! If you're a BIPOC, neurodivergent, or mentally ill person working to navigate recovery on your own or with little support I encourage you to stay connected! My social media links are below along with some other resources. At some point in the future I hope to create a discord channel and help build a community where we can all heal together.
