Bill Syrios founded Stewardship Properties in 1989. His mission is simple: he wants to serve people in their housing needs. Realizing that all of us are “just passing through,” Bill wanted Stewardship Properties to exist for something greater other than making money.

Stewardship Properties also provides fast and hassle-free cash purchases. A campus pastor for 15 years, Bill built up a rental portfolio around the University of Oregon in Eugene when he first started. Since then, Bill now owns and manages 1,000 properties in 7 states.
