Today's guest is Bryan Holub or Yogi Bryan (@Yogi_Bryan) as he's known on social media and he started his yoga and meditation journey by accident after creating an Instagram account with the sole purpose of making fun of yoga.
What started out as a jab at the profession, Bryan eventually fell in love with the practice and led him to get his Yoga Teaching Certification which ultimately changed his life... so the joke is on him.
Bryan's mission is to share the practice of yoga and meditation so people can develop a healthy body and a peaceful mind. You can find him posting hilarious content on Instagram, leading guided meditations on his Podcast, Relax with Yogi Bryan, or teaching classes online, and in Arizona!
In this episode with Bryan Holub, we cover everything from discovering your truth, high performing habits, willpower, and so much more
Please enjoy the show!

In this episode, I sit down with Ashton August (@IAmAshtonAugust) to discuss creating one of the top yoga blogs and online yoga/fitness platforms, high performing habits, living with intention, the difference between responding and reacting, and so much more!
Ashton August is the founder of the leading yoga and wellness website YogiApproved.com as well as YA Classes, an online yoga and fitness platform that plants a food-producing tree in West Africa for every class a member completes.
After receiving her Masters in Creative NonFiction Writing from ASU in 2012, she dove headfirst into yoga teacher training and emerged with a vision of how to bridge her love of writing with her passion for yoga. With this vision in mind, she and her then-boyfriend (now husband) created YogiApproved in 2015.
A few years later, YA Classes was born. Hundreds of classes later, it is now one of the top-rated yoga apps in the marketplace!
Ashton is the author of the popular personal development workbook, Learn Grow Shift: 30 Days of Personal Growth and she is currently working on her second book concept.
A Colorado native, Ashton recently moved from Denver to Tucson, Arizona, where she enjoys her time writing, being in nature, and exploring the country in her Sprinter van with her husband and their dog Mukha.
Ashton is on a mission to inspire, empower, educate, and cultivate community both locally and globally through her work as an author, yoga teacher, and female entrepreneur.
In this episode with Ashton August, we cover everything from living with intention to high performing habits, and so much more!

Welcome to The Synchronicity Show where it is my job to deconstruct the lives of Instructors, Influencers, and World-Class performers to provide you with powerful information to help you live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life!
My guest today checks off all 3 of those categories because she is a professional commercial dancer, yoga instructor, and manages a recurring 28-day gratitude challenge on social media. Listen in as we discuss the life of a professional commercial dancer, the practice of yoga, and accepting the present moment with gratitude.
Erin Dusek (@ErinDusek) is a professional commercial dancer and yoga instructor currently living in London, UK. She has had an incredibly successful career in the commercial dance industry spanning the last 15 years. She has traveled the world and worked with artists such as Kanye West, The Spice Girls, Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Katy Perry, Robbie Williams, and Take That.
She turned to yoga just over 7 years ago to help her cope with the stresses and anxieties of life as a self-employed dancer and it helped her so much that she decided to train as a yoga teacher in India in 2018 so she could share the practice with others to help them the way she had been helped.
She now teaches in studios all over London and retreats around the world, and due to the current climate is building a community of students online too. Her main aim and intention in life is to help as many people as she can by sharing the gifts of yoga!
We cover a lot of topics in this episode ranging from mindset, gratitude, what the word ‘should’ really means, and so much more.
Please enjoy my interview with Erin Dusek on Accepting The Present Moment With Gratitude!

In this episode, I sit down with the one and only Scott Schwenk (@TheScottSchwenk) to discuss what it was like to live in a monastery, why leading with love is the only way, and how he used breathwork to work through grief after he lost his mother just last year.
A hybrid of laser-like practicality and cutting-edge visionary insight, Scott Schwenk has been catalyzing the inner evolution and leadership development of individuals, relationships, and larger groups and organizations for over 25 years. His work and teaching is a blend of stillness, unexpected expansion, laughter, discovery, and actionable insights revealing dynamic inner freedom.
Born with intense empathy and clairaudience (intuitive hearing) already online, Scott sought understanding and freedom at every turn. Having spent several years living and studying in a Hindu-Tantric monastery in his mid-twenties, Scott has cultivated a number of long apprenticeships in leadership development, tantric meditation/philosophy, spiritual awakening, Vedic ritual, and facilitating later stage adult ego development.
In the private sector, the bulk of Scott’s work is private master coaching worldwide clients in waking up, growing up, cleaning up, and showing up.
He taught weekly meditation classes for Unplug Meditation, Wanderlust Studios in Los Angeles, and at Wanderlust Festivals across the country, and his course Abundant Joy is available on One Commune, an online wellness platform that has programs from the likes of Russell Brand, Brendon Burchard, Marianne Williamson, Deepak Chopra, and countless others.

In this episode, I sit down with Christa Fratantoni (@ChristaFrat) to discuss how the practice of yoga shaped both her personal and professional life, how allowing things to unfold led her to discovering her dream job, and why bumps in the road are actually blessings.
In 2015, Christa earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification after falling in love with the mental and physical challenges that the practice offers. In her classes, you can expect energizing playlists, lots of flows, and challenging but accessible movements with an emphasis on mindfulness.
She has invested over 1,000 hours teaching classes and leading teacher trainings since receiving her first certification, and it is now her unwavering goal to make the principles and practice of yoga easy for her students to understand and apply both on and off the mat.
And when she's not teaching or taking a class you can find her out on a hiking trail adventuring or getting creative for her graphic design business.
We cover a lot of topics in this episode and I’m very excited to share it with you today!
Please Enjoy!

In this episode, I sit down with Sydney Karmes-Wainer to discuss creating a healthy relationship with food, the inspiration behind her company French Squirrel, & why contrary to popular belief there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness.
Sydney Karmes-Wainer (@French.Squirrel) has always been passionate about food and cooking. In an attempt to rediscover her love for food after falling trap to the often obsessiveness of the health food world and diet culture, she began her food blog, French Squirrel. Inspired by her late French grandmother and her time living in Bordeaux, France, she began posting her meals and recipes. What started out as just an Instagram for Foodies, has now turned into her business. Sydney’s first product called Berets- which are nutrient-dense, vegan, and gluten-free protein bites coated in 100% chocolate and can be found in the refrigerated section at Erewhon Market.
I’ve learned so much from Sydney in the short time that I’ve known her and I’m excited for her to share her story with you!
Please Enjoy!
