On this episode today I share with you a few systems to use to help you manage your first HMOs if you chose to self manage. The first couple of HMOs you take on can be easy with the right tools in place but as you grow you need to grow your systems and procedures as well. these tips will help you get off the ground in a cost effective manner. I will go into more details in future episodes and share with you the systems I now use, this will be  for those wanting big portfolios.
