Life is beautiful. But it can also be difficult, messy, challenging, and the list goes on. Talking about it can really help, especially if you are talking and working with a therapist or coach, or both! But how do you know who to go to? In this episode we chat with one of Everside's Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Andie Mitchell, to define some key differences and similarities between coaching and therapy.
