Developing positive and healthy self-care practices is hard enough on its own, so implementing them into our daily lives and staying consistent with them can seem daunting… especially on the days that you want to just curl up into a ball.

Many people, men especially, will hear the term “self-care” and immediately put it out of their mind as if its either not important, or they don’t have time for it. However, self-care can be just  taking a shower when you are beyond stressed out.

Some  practices are difficult and require serious change, and sometimes it just a step towards completing the most “simple” of tasks. Both big and small are steps in the right direction and can yield lasting results and help us on our path to a better life.
