Hey everyone. Welcome back to this episode. I am so excited today to talk about this topic of your CRM. So often, uh, people aren't. Using their CRM to the best capacity. You know, and I talk about this all the time, about, um, your acres or diamonds that you're standing on, we always have our binoculars on looking for more and more and more referrals and, and leads.
And while that's great and of course we need to continue to grow our businesses, we fail to remember. We have all these great people already in our database and we need to be utilizing our database better. And if this is you, if you're the person who has your database on your cell phone or your database in an Excel spreadsheet, um, you're not really getting the best out of your database that you could be.
