Yes You

Taking time in the transition

Listen Later

I'm ba-aack! As we enter the new season of Yes You, I'm taking you into this season in my life and business. Having taken a break, it could be tempting to launch back into full-scale activity, but I'm tuning into a whisper that's asking for something different. It's not about staying in break mode. It's about being in the transition between rest and action.

This is a time of tending the soil of my life and business for what will grow next.

You may like to ponder where the transition spaces are in your own life, and how you might inhabit them a little more fully. I invite you to reflect (or journal) on this question:

What would it mean for me to tend the soil in my life and/or business?

And as always, I'd love you to share your reflections with me. Maybe we can help each other explore in a deeper way. :)

I'm introducing a new episode format: Mini Mentoring sessions.

If you have question to ask, or a challenge you're facing in your business, I'd love to hear from you. In these mini mentoring sessions, I'll take 1 - 3 questions or challenges, and offer my reflections, share my own experience and some advice to help you navigate your way.

Send me your business question by email or as a DM (text or voicenote) on instagram.

Running 50km for Sara in Gaza

My sister, Louisa and I are running our first 50km ultramarathon on 13th September, and we'd love you to sponsor us to support Sara and her family in Gaza.

Sara has just turned 18 and is in her final year of school. Somehow, amidst the genocide, she has kept up her studies and hopes to take her exams in October.
She's living with her family in Nusierat refugee camp, and relies on donations for rent, food and survival.

When we're (inevitably) struggling to keep going in the 50km, we'll be buoyed by your support and the idea of making a difference in the lives of Sara and her family.

Please help us raise funds to send to Sara. Every bit counts.
