This is the first episode in a series of episode for beginning ultra runners. The aim of this mini series to keep beginning ultra runners safe and enjoy their experience. This episode is about key medical conditions that can arise through ultra running. What are the signs and symptoms? How can they be prevented? How can they be managed? When is it time for medical intervention?
