I talk about how I've basically sat on my ass since before Christmas and that I feel stiff and uncomfortable in my body.  I also discuss how the offer on the house I want to buy was countered, but in a very satisfactory way.  I may soon be a house owner!

I talk about how yesterday ended up having lots of fortuitous, serendipitous moments in it that made me so grateful.  I counted at least 5 things that worked in my favor and restored some of my faith in my life.  That sounds so dramatic, but life is hard for all of us right now during this time of social isolation and political upheaval and having these moments of grace are healing and worthy of noting.

I talk about how I drove to Eau Claire with Franny to honor my cousin Henry's wife and Andrea's mom.  Linda Gage died very suddenly on Dec 23rd.  I was invited to the funeral and so we made the journey to celebrate and comfort my family.  It was so sad and my heart goes out to my cousins.

I talk about how this was one of the best Christmas' I ever had with the exception of a terrible encounter with Bill Sr. that I can't seem to shake.  

I talk about how I decided to go for peace of mind and joy when I bought my dream car.  I had a hell of time buying the damn thing (which my aunt later told me I should take as a compliment, because it meant I was a tough negotiator), but now that I have it, I feel safe, secure and happy.  I love my car!  Now I can drive worry-free for the next 6 years.  Amen!!

I talk about how I feel like I've been beating my head against a wall trying to make different things happen with the house and stuff and maybe I need to rethink what I'm trying to do right now.  Maybe I need to rent a 3 BR and get a reliable car before I commit to a house.  Maybe I need to move back to MI sooner than later.   Or at least take a breath and wait a little bit before I make another major decision.

I talk about my pre-Christmas weekend and all the things I've been doing, including COVID testing and helping Henry get his first driver's license.  

I talk about the million pieces of paper and information that getting a loan entails.  Thank goodness I keep all my receipts or I'd have been sunk!  I talk about how much money it costs to take out a loan, as well.  There is some real graft built into the process.

I talk about how Franny and I played with the Moonology oracle deck last night and how wonderfully accurate the readings were.  I love this deck and I didn't expect to.  The artwork is far better than most decks and the simple definition on each card is enough to make the reading make sense to anyone.  The book with its deeper insight can help you add more depth to your reading, but the cards work fine without any extra input.  I really recommend this oracle deck, if you are in the market for one.

I talk about how I'm trying to get everything accomplished and also be present for my son's 18th birthday.  I have a lot of balls in the air, but, thankfully, I'm doing a good job of keeping track of them.  I think my grounding products are helping.
