CBRE is proud to present the first episode of our new podcast series, Talking Property: The House View.
This quarterly series will bring together two of CBRE Pacific’s most senior figures to help uncover deeper insights into today’s industry drivers, potential disruptors and the untapped opportunities that lie ahead for investors and occupiers. Leading this conversation is Phil Rowland, Pacific Advisory Services CEO, and Sameer Chopra, Pacific Head of Research of Pacific.
This first episode will provide audiences with expert analysis on Australia and New Zealand’s economic outlook for 2023 alongside interest rate movements and the outlook for capital markets activity.
Topics will include predictions on where cap rates will settle, detail the commercial sector’s rental outlook as well as industrial and residential vacancy rates. The talk will also cover migration and tourism numbers, their demographics and demand on existing assets. Construction costs for the coming year and the rising consumer demand for premium products and services will also be discussed.
Each episode from this series takes place in the lobby of some of Sydney’s most iconic buildings and brings together our very own in-house experts.
