My guest today is Mike Boyle and there is no bigger name in the training world than Mike Boyle. It is a pleasure to sit down and talk shop with one of “the Godfathers” of performance training as well as one of my own biggest inspirations through the years. Topics include:
Mike is one of the worlds' foremost educators in the areas of performance training, personal training and athletic rehabilitation. His company Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, founded in 1997, was one of the first for-profit strength and conditioning facilities in the world.
Mike has served as a consultant to some of the top teams in the NFL, NHL, as well as numerous collegiate division one athletic programs. He has been involved in Olympic Gold Medal efforts in both women's soccer (2004) and women's ice hockey (1998) and is the current Strength and Conditioning coach for the United States Women's National Ice Hockey Team. He has also served as a strength and conditioning coach for the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Bruins.
Ready to take your game to the next level? With our holistic and data-driven approach, experienced coaches, and cutting-edge technology, RPP Baseball takes the guesswork out of player development.
