CJ Golden, author of Tao-Girls Rule! and Tao of the Defiant Woman, is a motivational speaker who travels the country (pre-Covid) inspiring all with her unique “Tao and defiant” spirit. Bringing the ancient philosophy of the Tao to our modern-day culture, she helps women and girls travel an easier path through life as they find confidence, balance and boldness in a world of challenges.

Her latest book One Pedal at a Time. CJ shares her adventure as caregiver to her cyclist husband after his cancer diagnosis and subsequent strokes. It was only in retrospect that CJ recognized that her Tao and defiant spirit was what eased her way through the challenges she faced.
