This week Andrew talks with US Women’s National Team & Washington Spirit defender Tara McKeown. After the 2022 NWSL season, Tara changed positions — moving from forward to defender. She quickly transformed into one of the league’s best center backs and, in 2024, was a finalist for NWSL Defender of the Year. In this conversation, Tara shares a behind-the-scenes look at many of the mindsets, ideas, & frameworks powering her success.
