Telisa Yancy is the Chief Operating Officer of American Family Insurance (AmFam). In July, she will be overseeing their direct-to-consumer businesses. She has been with AmFam for 12 years and previously served as their CMO. American Family is a diversified casualty/property insurance company with 13,200 employees.
