Incoming United manager Erik Ten Hag gave his first press conference at Old Trafford on Monday lunchtime and, while he didn't say a great deal, it gave us an excuse to largely ignore yesterday's match at Crystal Palace.

With Ian and Laurie in the bowels of the stadium and Andy in a busy airport, we kept things as short and sweet as a stroopwafel, but we did find time to get a sneak peek into Laurie's interview with Juan Mata, with the spaniard's departure from the club yet to be confirmed.
